We want you and your child to love the routine cards. If you're not satisfied with the result, we're here to help.

When We Offer Refunds

• Non-delivery — if you don't receive your files within 24 hours of purchase, we will either re-send them or issue a full refund.
• Quality issues — if the generated illustrations have significant quality problems (e.g., unrecognizable character, wrong theme), contact us and we will either regenerate your cards for free or issue a full refund.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@funroutines.com with your order email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases

Since this is a personalized digital product generated specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after the cards have been delivered and are working as described.
